Raimore Construction is minority owned and operated heavy civil contractor located in NE Portland. Raimore was founded by Jeff Moreland and Andre Raiford in 2000 and began as a trucking company with one truck. Since then Raimore has grown to offer a variety of construction management and general contracting services, including street scape, concrete, steel erection and asphalt paving. Raimore was recently awarded the largest contract in Oregon history to be won by a DBE contractor with the Division Transit Project.
